The Details

Our couples Partial Planning experience begins with a conversation to catch us up on what you've done solo so far. We'll help you fill your remaining vendor holes by recommending our favorites in the area who we feel will be the best match based on your priorities, personalities, and stylistic preferences. From there, you'll obtain proposals and invoices from each vendor directly. For any questions that come up along the way, we're here to help! Six 1 hour check-in phone calls for planning mentorship and guidance are included within your package, with the option to add unlimited additional calls as needed a la carte.

Event Management

You plan the details and leave the event production to our team to ensure a flawless execution while staying true to your vision. 

We offer Event Management services for couples who are taking the lead in planning, designing, and organizing their wedding day. Our couples will independently manage their planning process, including communicating with vendors, obtaining proposals, and negotiating contracts on their own.

The Details

Our Associate team is there in the beginning to recommend our favorite vendors to ensure that you're set up for success. We'll regroup in the middle of your planning for a status check to make sure you're comfortably breathing as you start preparing for the homestretch. From there, we'll meet you at the end to help you piece together the logistics into a workable plan for us to manage and bring to life for you come wedding day. 

PLANNING PREPARATIONS

  • Planning begins 3 months before the Event
  • Coordinator introduction and communication with Event vendors beginning six (6) weeks from the Event
  • One Planning meeting at ceremony and/or wedding site(s)*
  • One Phone/video call prior to wedding date to understand details couple has developed directly with vendors
  • One Mid-planning 1-hour phone call with couple for status check and planning guidance
  • Gather detailed information from couple on vendors contracted and associated services
  • Creation of a master wedding timeline for the day of the wedding to include vendor arrival times and all pertinent wedding day details
  • Assist in the creation of one master wedding layout of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception sites
  • Coordination of ceremony rehearsal with couple and wedding party for one (1) hour the night before the Event
